There are no answers
Many people look to esoteric, woo-woo shit like Astrology, Numerology, Human Design and the like in hopes of finding answers.
How do I live my life?
How can I feel fulfilled?
What is my ideal career?
How should my relationships look?
How do I find my true love?
And so on.
I mean, I certainly looked to these tools for answers. I had burnt out from my career and was more lost than ever in my life. Really, it was the first time I was ever really lost in my life.
It was the first time I had to stop and take stock.
And, these tools pointed to a lot of my struggles. They helped give language to my experience.
But, they don't have answers. This is very crucial thing to understand: No tool, no person, can give you answers. Not even yourself really.
All you can do is be more aware. Awareness is not a fact. It's not an answer. It's not even a state of being, really. It's just awareness. It's not a point. It's more like a process. Life is a process. Maybe you've heard that cliche, or something like it, before? Yet, it's still so easy to overlook. Our minds are always seeking certainty.
There is no truth to Astrology and Numerology and the like. There is only a process. There is no authority in any other person or tool — there is only your own experience.
The information, the context and process these tools offer could just be arbitrary — and maybe they are — but there's still value in the process! That's what's on offer here. But, YOU have to do it. You have to commit. You have to sit with the many possible interpretations and contemplate your own life, your own being.
Getting an Astrology or Human Design reading isn't going to "fix" your life. It's not going to give you answers. It will, hopefully, give you a jumping off point. A new map, a new context and framework for bringing more awareness to your life. It's a structure and language for self-reflection, contemplation and, ultimately, experimentation.
But those things — self-reflection, contemplation and experimentation — are all actions. They are processes. They are continual. There is no end. There is no truth. There are no answers. There's no outsourcing them to anyone else other than yourself. There's just living your life, hopefully with a bit more awareness than before.
